We are currently hiring for following positions:

1) Customer Service Representative

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Responsible for managing all day-to-day Customer Account interactions (pricing, order entry, supply programs, delivery, issue resolution, and sales growth) leading to Extremely Satisfied Customers. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Also, Responsible for coordinating logistics activities between warehouses and freight forwarding/transportation companies to making sure orders are delivered on time.  Assist with office coordination activities such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents etc.

  • Responsible for placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, cancellation of orders through our electronic systems
  • Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, production and invoicing and cancellation
  • Establish and manage vendor managed inventory programs for customers as required
  • Advise on company information.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, their total sales, rebates etc.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (internal team members and external customers, trade partners, etc.) Work with team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Increase sales to assigned accounts by understanding and communicating customer needs/requirements
  • Lead company’s response to proposal requests and bids and participating in meetings as needed
  • Produce reports, analysis of account activity and provide information and support for proposals and presentations
  • Support and assist the sales team and other teams on customer visits and sales calls; participate in presentations; and working closely with sales to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Participate as a team member for the planning and on-boarding of new customers and large accounts.
  • Identify and assist in evaluating opportunities for process improvement
  • Coordinate with our warehouses and logistics team to make sure that our orders are being placed, filled and delivered on time
  • Assist with the office coordination such as scheduling meetings, conferences and events and organizing documents etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Sets:

  • Proven customer support or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word , Power point etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing reports and analyzing data
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity in using electronic platforms , including entering data in a computer systems
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, co-ordination , and manage time effectively

Education & experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in business or related fields is preferred
  • 2- 5 years of relevant experience is required.

2) Accountant/Office Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Monthly and yearly Financial statements and management of General ledger.
  • Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
  • Prepare and submit customer invoices and code, post and receipt payments
  • Prepare and coordinate deposit activities, non-payment and delayed payment
  • Check, verify and process Vendor invoices, prepare payments for signature
  • Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
  • Collect, confirm and process timesheets and overtime, track employee vacation and sick time
  • Verify taxes and Payroll details and other deductions
  • Assist in month end reporting procedures
  • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with warehouses, and other supply chain partners to track and maintain inventory records and keep up-to date status on Inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing bids and quotes for customers
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
  • Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
  • Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports
  • Maintain internal control systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of Associate degree in accounting,; Bachelor’s degree an advantage
  • 3 years’ of accounting experience in a computerized accounting environment
  • MS Office and knowledge of accounting software (QuickBook). Excel experience required.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
