We are currently hiring for following position:

Manager- Bookkeeping /Accounting, Mason/Cincinnati location

Responsibilities:

General accounts receivable functions

  • Prepare and submit customer invoices and code, post and receipt payments
  • Prepare and coordinate deposit activities, non-payment and delayed payment
  • Check, verify and process Vendor invoices, prepare payments for signature
  • Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
  • Collect, confirm and process times heets and overtime, track employee vacation and sick time
  • Verify taxes and Payroll details and other deductions
  • Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
  • Assist in month end reporting procedures
  • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with warehouses, and other supply chain partners to track and maintain inventory records and keep up-to date status on Inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing bids and quotes for customers
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
  • check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
  • collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports
  • maintain internal control systems
  • close the books end of the month
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Sets:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • proven skills in Microsoft Office excel, word, power point using Quick books and various computer systems
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skills to work with multiple parties including customers, vendors and other service providers in order to collect required information for bids/ quotes
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, co-ordination, and manage time effectively

Education & experience:

  • Bachelors degree or higher degrees is preferred in business or accounting
  • 5 years experience in clerical accounting
  • Expert knowledge and experience of quick books is required.
  • MS Office and knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures

Salary / Benefits:

  • Full time positions with 40 hours/week
  • Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 depending upon experience.
  • Retirement plans
  • Two weeks’ vacation (80 Hours).
  • Six paid holidays each year
